One of my many roles as your general contractor is that I act as the manager or scheduler of sub-contractors. Scheduling for any remodeling project is extremely critical to ensure that sub-contractors and materials arrive on time so that the overall project is completed in a timely manner.

Building with sustainable and renewable products is essential to us. We have a long-term relationship and commitment with our environment.

We also have a commitment to our clients as well. You want to use products that are healthy for both you and your family, and your pets and friends. Using formaldehyde-free products is just one of the ways to improve the health of your home as well as the environment. At Casey Remodeling, Inc., we use FSC - Forest Stewardship Council certified lumber, which is sustainably harvested, and good for the environment. All useable products that are removed from the jobsite are either donated, reused or recycled to minimize the amount of waste we put back into the environment. Using recycled building materials can save money, aid in preventing deforestation, and will help reclaim materials that would otherwise end up in our landfills.

A Notice of a "Right to Lien" is for your protection and our protection. By law we have to provide a Notice of a Right to Lien on all jobs over $1,000. In addition, you may receive a Notice of a Right to Lien from our material supplier. This is customary and in no way does it reflect our payment history with our material suppliers. We have perfect credit and we invite you to call any of our suppliers to verify it. They provide the Notice to protect their rights. If you receive a Notice from our material supplier we will happily accept a joint check on your final payment to ensure that the material sent to your house is paid for.
